I started this book six years ago – a testament to its dense and difficult format. The content is meaningful but dated, containing a handful of stories that have since been further brought to light. The final section on the Greek Psalter is fascinating and enlightening, offering much more depth and context than you'll find with a rudimentary google search. Nibley was an impressive scholar and The Myth Makers is a small part of his wider legacy of Latter Day Saint apology.
