A great, quick read! If you enjoy Kitchen Nightmares, Hotel Hell, or Hell's Kitchen, you have to read Gordon Ramsey's books. He writes the same way he speaks on TV and it's colorful but interesting. I didn't realize he came from such a tumultuous background and it gave me a new appreciation for how hard he has fought for what he has. The only part I was shocked by was that he said he hated fat chefs. I don't know that he still feels this way but considering his work on Master Chef with a variety of overweight chefs, I thought that was kind of meaner than I expected from him.
