Hunting Evil
Reviews

How do you catch a killer who has mastered the art of disappearing? (If you have not read 'An Evil Mind' by Chris Carter then i would recommend reading that one first because that is when Lucien Folter is first introduced and this review may contain spoilers) 3 and a half years after being captured and locked away by Robert Hunter, his former friend/college roommate, Lucien Folter has escaped and he intent on getting his revenge. Hunting Evil had me on the edge of me seat, biting my nails, giving me so much anxiety from start to finish. You can tell how much thought has gone into every sentence of this book with the knowledge behind facts and riddles and the level of gruesomeness, the murders are detailed which even made me flinch just the thought of it. This is Carters best work yet by far, and the ending leaves it open to maybe we might get to see more of Lucien Folter in the future. Is it bad that I want Lucien to appear in later novels? I am so thankful for the author, the publishers and netgalley for allowing me to read this masterpiece early. I can't wait for it's release so I can out it on my shelves!
