This book isn't perfect. But if you're just looking for a light horror to take some rest from the heavier books you're currently reading, just like me, I think you're going to rather enjoy it. 

To the people who decided to read this book a.o. because they love the Saw franchise (again, like me) and saw people recommend this book to the Saw movies' fans - it really does have some Saw vibes and, seemingly, references, however it's mostly the vibes and the traps and a couple of scenes, some major things about the plot (which I can't talk about without giving spoilers) are different and you might end up not really liking the ending. I myself thought it was kind of eh. Some parts of the ending were good, some parts not really. The two last pages especially seemed to be a bit tacky in my opinion. But I think the most important information to know, if you want to pick it up because you're a Saw fan, is - Jigsaw, as in John Kramer, SO wouldn't approve of those "games" and would SO HATE The Landlord. I feel like he would put The Landlord in a trap himself. Just something important to know -  if you think about buying it because of the Saw-related recommendations - before you actually decide to buy it.
