If the Sun Never Sets If Love Duet Book #2
Reviews

Sorry. I donāt think grovelling means waiting outside her door for months.
He didnāt deserve a third chance. I said what I said.
I get that they loved each other. But isnāt it shitty how he always broke them up???

This was a great follow-up to the first book. It takes place 5 years after the first book. Our girl Farrah really made Blake grovel so many times. We love a man who grovels!!!!
āItās still yours, you know. It will never belong to anyone else. Not in this life, and not in the next thousand lives. You have my heart until the earth stops spinning and the stars turn to dust. You can love it or hate it or forget all about it. But it will always be yours.ā
Their second chance story was exactly what I wanted. Their love for each other had only grown and there was so much tension and passion!

āyou have my heart until the earth stops spinning and the stars turn to dust. you can love it or hate it or forget all about it. but it will always be yoursā ⢠five years after breaking up in Shanghai, life brings Farrah and Blake together again. but the circumstances uniting them are temporary, leaving Blake with one singular goal: win Farrah back. Farrah also has one goal: do not fall for Blake Ryan again. this is a beautiful story of second (and third) chances. Farrah and Blakeās love is a reminder that when you let others see the darkness and difficulties of your life, it gives them the ability to love you wholly and unconditionally. ⢠read if you like: ā” second chance romance ā” time jumps (weeks/months going by at a time) ā” a driven female mc that knows what she wants ā” a male mc that knows heās hot and also has deep emotions ā” friends-with-benefits ā” entrepreneurs ā” topnotch jealousy scenes ā” friend groups youāll want to be part of ā” male friend groups that sit around talking about emotions ā” on-the-page steam ā” NYC, Austin, LA, Shanghai ā” travel ā” ultra-satisfying HEAs trigger warnings: ā miscarriage ā difficult parental relationships ā self-loathing

Well this was a great second chance romance! It takes place about 5 years after the ending and break-up from book 1. Blake and Farrah are all grown up, successful businesspeople, but haven't seen each other since their time in Shanghai. They reunite through Blake's friend and Blake hires Farrah as his interior designer for his new house, mainly so Blake can get his second chance with the only woman he's ever loved and has never stopped thinking about. There is angst and grovel in this second chance romance, which is really all I want when I read this trope! Blake has his work cut out for him in earning back Farrah's trust and love, but these two are so meant to be together. Weirdly, I feel like this book would read perfectly fine as a standalone but I still do recommend you read Blake and Farrahās first story.
