Purdah, a meaningful poem by the poet, questions the role and the necessity of "purdah" in the Muslim community. A very good take on feminism. A very easy-read poem. The poem also puts forth a beautiful question to the readers: Is purdah one's identity or one's identity is beyond the purdah? What do you(readers) think?
