I had such a fun time reading Indra Nooyi's life, reflections, insights and learnings on the corporate world. This is a very different book, first of all, written by an immigrant woman, mother of 2, wife and daughter that became the first F50 immigrant CEO.
Her views are strong on performance, strategy, execution and delivery, but also family policies, wellbeing, care and focus on the family; her stories are relatable and she comes across as a person that truly cares about doing the right thing.
Absolutely recommended. I wished the book was even longer, but is perfect as it is.

A read for those women who are looking for answers to balance their work life balance.

I wanted to read this book as I gave birth to my child and I had strong anxiety of managing my career along with home, kid and husband. 
I wanted to know that, she being a woman of color , how she reached to such zenith while having two daughters at home. A good read and got the clear message that if you do not have strong support from extended family it is indeed tough to balance personal and professional life. 
It is a good read but some how I am not impressed by the writing style.

A wonderful honest account of a woman executive who reached the top. What I like about Indra Nooyi's account is that she displays remarkable candour and describes the travails and successes without sugar coating the issues that she faced. Its a must read for women and for men (who will better appreciate the many basic issues women face). A hugely inspirational story of a woman who is a role model in so many ways, beyond the corporate world.
