Sixteen-year-old Yara Silva discovers on her first day of boarding school that, while she might prefer a normal teenage life, she can, like the other women in her family, see ghosts and when she rushes in to rescue a fellow student attacked by a dark mist, she finds herself entrenched in a 60-year-old curse that haunts the school.
