Read this one in one sitting! This is the story of a love that wanted to be seen. The evolution of the relationship between Waldric and Nalda went at a good pace. Although, there were definitely steamy scenes with these two lovebirds. The author made sure to give us a back story on learning the origins of Nalda’s issues. I wish I could’ve read a bit more about the side characters as a whole, maybe they’re mentioned in the other books. But I enjoyed this one for sure! Definitely recommend it if you enjoy scifi and fantasy mixed. The element of the made up language was creative, I liked how the author incorporated that in there. Nalda is a character that one can relate to a times when we are feeling lost and indecisive with things in life. I am looking forward to reading more by Ivy.

This book was so much fast-paced, sweet and sexy, page-turning FUN. Perfect if you're looking for a well-written palette cleanser and in the mood for smut. I absolutely love alien romances and this one was especially spicy! I loved how sex-positive all the characters were in their relationships as well as individually. Waldric and Nalba were freaking adorable, their chemistry so steamy, and I was rooting for them from the very first! Although this one is book 5 in a series, you can totally read this as a standalone--it has its own happily ever after and everything :) Thank you so much to the author for sending me a copy of the book in exchange for an honest review!
