Lover Avenged Black Dagger Brotherhood #7
Reviews

I love Rehvenge. And Ehlena. And Ward’s weird addiction to adding random Hs into common words or names to make them more vampire-y. The entire symphath subplot was fascinating. I have both a deep desire to see a representation of those three-knuckled fingers as well as a profound revulsion of the thought. I enjoyed getting more of Xhex and Trez and iAm. (And how do you like those names?) I’m still thoroughly addicted to this series, and started rereading the next installment as soon as I finished the final page of this one.

*4.5* LOVE!! Ahh I loved the romance with Ehlena and Rehv!! It was such a slowburn and I loved their connection! I enjoyed this was a lot more than Phury’s book, but it still was a bit slow at times for me. I don’t know if that’s because I was so busy with the holidays but I felt like this one took a while for me to finish! I really enjoyed the moments between Wrath and Beth as well and I’m so happy they have George!! I’m so excited for John Matthews book! He broke my heart i this one and I can’t wait to see what’s going to happen between him and Xhex!

This one was good; definitely an improvement upon the last few. I liked both Rehvenge and Ehlena. I did think the sympath story, while brought forward from the last book, was a little to "out of left field".

the found family trope was strong with rehv, xhex, iAm and trez ugh i loved how much we got to see about their relationship and how much they'd sacrifice for each other over and over again. that trope just kills me every time. i thought the romance between rehv and ehlena was kinda weak compared to the rest of the books in the series and i found myself really not caring much for her? i loved rehv's character development and how much we got from his backstory but when it came to the romance i just really wasn't invested nor cared for it *shrugs* john and xhex oof what can i say other than i forgot how angsty their whole relationship started off. how tf did i forget about it? qhuay are the epitome of an angsty relationship in this series, but john and xhex are really not that far behind. they both broke my heart with how stubborn they were instead of just. getting. together. also I'D DIE FOR MY PARENTS, WRATH AND BETH. we got so much from them in this book, boi i've missed them so much. not gonna lie, there is nothing like the povs from the core brothers, as much as i like every single side character and their books, you just can't beat the og brotherhood.

Rehvenge...enough said! No, but really I think this is one of my favorite books in the series thus far!! Even though he is not one of the "brothers", his story is so interesting and so hard to read at the same time. I am really glad that the Warden gave us a story for his character, his own book, to really dive into his world. You still get plenty of the Brothers as well, so if thats what your in this series for don't worry! However, I think if Rehv hasn't grown on you yet, he will!

Wow, love Rehvenge! This book makes me so excited for Lover Mine, Xhex and John Matthew's book!
