This was an intense read, probably on the list of the darkest and most intense books I've ever read

All the characters are so well written, from the main characters to the bi characters. They're all so real, depraved, humane and broken. 

Brooklyn went through pitch black endless amount of torture, to say she went through hell and back would be an understatement

Logan was never real, but he was there being a comfort in the darkness for Brooklyn. I thought this was a very beautiful yet sad way to see how much our minds cling to the comfort of the ghosts from our past, even when it's not real, even where they're not there

I am so so happy they finally managed to kill Augustus and put an end to The blackwood institute. They all deserve their happy endings, all of them, Brooklyn, Eli, Phoenix, Kade, Hudson and Jude
