I listened and read this book through my Kindle unlimited membership. I love that Kindle unlimited is doing this with some of their books I think it’s an awesome feature to have. And I believe this entire series is available this way via Kindle unlimited. 

I’ve said this before and I’ll say this again, I really love the way J.S. Scott writes. The story was extremely easy to follow along and the flow of the book was absolutely phenomenal.

This book follows another Sinclair family member, Jared. After going through a tragedy in his college years, something he will never forget and continues to struggle with daily, he took his life to the extreme by working hard and (excuse my language) f***ing harder. He is dead set against getting into any kind of serious relationship for fear of what could happen in the future. That is until Mara comes around. Mara, a lifelong Amesport resident, who only got away once at a year to college. After she is forced to return home to take care of her sick mother she is unable to go back to school because she now has to run the family store. After the death of her mother and learning about the financial status of her family's store she was forced to stay in Amesport to try and support herself and a store with little money she makes.

I’m still absolutely obsessed with Dante. Though Jared is a close number two. Jared is so sweet and possessive yet doesn’t know how to share his true feelings with Mara because of what’s happened to him in his past. Mara is kind and selfless. These two are perfect for each other. If you have read the other books in this series, I highly suggest reading this one as well. J.S. Scott is an amazing author and does a great job so storytelling. If you are into reading Erotic Contemporary Romance, this series and book is for you! Solid ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star read!
