I honestly was really really really intrigued by this book and the description of it. I solely took away a star because there were no indents on the paragraphs. It drove me mad. It was a super quick read and really enjoyed the concept. Can't wait to see how this plays out with the next one.

This book took me a while to read as it got a little boring at some point. However, the beginning got me very intrigued and the ending brought me to tears. I didn’t appreciate the abundant descriptive paragraphs but it was tolerable. The storyline reminds me of The Hunger Games but it was very well written with some really great dialogues. Overall, I enjoyed reading this book and can’t wait to get into the second book of the series.

I loved the short chapters and the action-packed story! The multiple (12) POV's were a bit confusing at first, but easier once you get to know the characters and their bloodlines. 
I'm kind of obsessed with Endgame right now and working hard to solve all the puzzles (which is very hard and I haven't made much progress yet). My bloodline is Harrapan, but based on location I would think my line would be La Tène.

           I've seen people compare this to the hunger games and that thought never crossed my mind. At all. I've read the hunger games too many times to count and this book was nothing like it. Except for the fact that it was teenagers fighting. Seriously I loved this book. It was like an adult version of the 39 clues. I hope to hell there's more books because this book made me love it. The characters were all so different and from the moment they met I fell in love with Sarah and Jago. I seriously thought this book was genius. It always left me wondering what would happen next and not everyone has died yet! People have lost hands, fingers, friends but at least some are still living...
