While trying to help Monica get out of her depression and into a better frame of mind, he decides that they both need to get away. As they isolate themselves from others, both of them realize the feeling that they have for one another. I truly enjoyed this book. It was such an effortless read. Monica is stubborn and stuck in her ways but being able to watch her grow and better herself and get back to the true her was great. Gabe, my god, Gabe is so sweet and overall such a good guy. He wants nothing more than to help Monica get into a better head space. They make such a cute couple It was good to slow down and read something with a lot of thought and effort put into each characters who are not be surrounded by drama. It was so refreshing. Jasmin Miller writes beautifully and so easy to understand. This story that she built was so genuine and sweet and something that I needed to read without realizing it. I've been reading some dark books lately and this was the perfect break for me. It is cute, sexy, fun and flirty. If you are looking for a great beach day read, this ⭐⭐⭐⭐ star is the book for you. Perfect summer read!
