going into a jay mclean book feels like coming home. i felt at home while reading this book, and i’d give it a million stars if i could.

okay so, where do i start? the only thing going through my mind rn is; what the fuck, what the fuck, what the actual fuckety fuck. 

holden and jamie are so adorable and heartbreakingly beautiful. their banter and connection drew me in instantly and i was consumed by them. their relationship started out easy but throughout the book they broke my heart into a million pieces. i kicked the air in giddy excitement, sobbed into my sweater sleeve and screamed my frustration into my pillow, safe to say i felt all the emotions.

jay mclean can do no wrong and i will stand by this until my dying breath.
