I actually like this one better than Cat's first book. Lots of action; Spade and Denise make very interesting characters with some very real character flaws. Loved it - looking forward to the next book.

From the first chapter, I was enthralled by the story. This a a thrilling story that will have you on the edge of your seat with every gripping moment. I was charmed by the characters and the romance that builds between them. It was also good to see Cat and Bones enter the story too. I truly loved reading this one, and I have a feeling I will be reading it again in the future, A FANTASTIC STORY!!!!!! I LOVED IT

Allison Garrett

Another great story by Frost that I thoroughly enjoyed. Cat and Bones are a better story, but I liked how different Denise is from everyone else and her guilt and compassion for other people. She is another tough woman that doesn't want anyone to have to do anything for her and I liked her for that reason. Spade and Denise had a good beginning because they didn't jump straight into their relationship, it had to simmer for a while before they became a couple. Overall another great story by Frost.

This book was really good, but I felt the ending was weird. I like how it ended, but it definitely could have been better. Or maybe just better written. It felt somewhat anti-climatic to me. Would still recommended though, for sure!
