Overall it's a pretty good, disturbing story of a girl named Blister whose face was cut and burnt by some local teen psychopath. It's more like a love story than anything, with an element of thriller and all. A bit creepy at times, and surprisingly very funny. Love the sarcasm and witty dialogues exchnage between characters. I really like Jason a lot. 

However, I feel like the experience was a bit unsatisfied. Maybe I expected too much from this? Hearing all the praises and looking at such high scores? I mean, I wish the book was more creepy, more disturbing with loads of unexpected things thrown into my face all at once. I totally believe this book could have been a bit better than this.
