Una muy buena lectura para empezar el año, no le puse 5 estrellas porque algunas cosas no me gustaron. Lectura muy fluida de esas que no te das cuenta que ya llevas la mitad del libro o que lo terminaste. En un momento tuve unos inconvenientes porque sentía que le estaban dando muchas vueltas al asunto y algunas partes había páginas de relleno pero después de ese bache todo va viento en popa. El suicidio es un tema difícil de abordar pero aquí lo hicieron bien. Sentí cierta empatía con las hermanas Lisbon, me generon muchas emociones y eso muy pocos libros lo logran. Los Señores Lisbon son unos idiotas me dieron mucha rabia hasta ganas darles cachetadas sobre todo a la señora. Pd. Este libro me dejo en una profunda tristeza
It's been days and I actually can't stop thinking about the greatness of this book. Even though I originally gave it four stars, I am thinking of changing my rating. This book is gripping, and it doesn't let you breathe without thinking of the Lisbon girls until you see yourself as one of the narrators, with their obsessive control of the girls' lives but without ever actually getting to know them. His masterful use of the plural immerses you in the sick role of the observant, and before you realise it, you're one of them: sitting outside a window, peeking into their lives.
