All The Things I Never Said by Jennie Louise was an incredible poetry collection that spoke to my soul.

For a debut, Jennie is pretty on point for a lot of my feelings and views of the world. It was kind of scary at times reading the poetry and connecting so much. Are we sure Jennie isn't hanging out in my house or listening in via Siri? No? Okay, fine. Maybe Jennie is just a really good writer! 

This poetry collection touches upon many subjects, all of which are very common and each reader is likely to connect or understand at least one of the poems. Mental health, family, loss, the experiences in life, love, and more. If you can't connect with the exact situations, you should at least feel some empathy or waves of emotions. The raw energy this poetry collection gives off is incredible and I applaud Jennie Louise for how honest and beautiful this book is.

The book really blew my away. Sure, it's short and sweet at 60 pages, but if you can make me feel that emotional that quickly? Now, that's skill. Jennie needs to write more and let me peer into my soul even more. The power behind words in a journey through poetry is magnificent. 

I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves poetry, who is experiencing touch times and needs a friend who understands, or someone who wants to support a new debut author!
