I must admit I did enjoy this book! The start was a good introduction but the middle wasn’t that great and boring. But during the ending it got a lot more interesting. So basically I rate it 3.5 stars

A Beauty and the Beast, Disney, Lost in a Book an Enchanting Original Story by Jenifer Donnelly is beautiful. Sincerely, look at the cover. I love it!

Now the story itself is interesting, if you enjoy the Disney movie. It honestly reminds me of the Beauty and the Beast Christmas Special. Well written, just not on a high level. Perfect for the 8-12 year old range, and a good addition to my Beauty and the Beast book collection.


 
This story is engaging and fun to read, and very young adult. In the best way possible. But, if you do not enjoy reading young adult, I would not recommend this book.

Personally, I liked it. And the cover. Oh, the cover. Glad to add it to my collection, and will happily recommend it to all of my friends!

as a lover of beauty and the beast I had to give this book a chance when I stumbled upon it. It was a quick read, only took me a day, but it was a good read. It follows Belle in a journey of self discovery, where she begins to understand just what the Beast and all her castle friends really mean to her. It was a simple, yet adorable story.

I got this book like ten days before the live action of Beauty and the Beast came out to the cinema and I finished it just one week after the movie came out. I was thrilled when this book first arrived at my place. It’s been a very long time since I got the Beauty and the Beast book which my daddy bought to me. I remember I was a little girl at that moment. Now I’m grown up and still get the story of my childhood. 

As we know, Belle’s father is being held captive by the Beast as a prisoner. Belle couldn’t just let her father spend the rest of his life inside the prison of the castle. So, she exchanged her freedom, her live to freed her father. Living without freedom is frustrating for Belle. But as time goes by, Belle and Beast become more friendly to each other (not-so-friendly though, there’s still distance between both of them). Beast is giving Belle the library. It’s a place to escape for such a bookworm like Belle. But, that’s not the big escape. Belle find an enchanted book called Nevermore. It’s more like a magical portal to a story. 

In Nevermore Belle meets Madame Comtesse, Henri, Otto, and others. They’re being very nice to her and that make her feel like Nevermore is a better place than Beast’s castle. So, she decided to stay there forever. Turns out the place is not like what she thought. It’s turning into a very deathly place.

This book consists of sixty-seven chapters with prologue and epilogue. I was drowning into Nevermore along with Belle. I did enjoy this book. Beside it’s a good, adventurous, and spellbinding, there’s also a lesson to learn. Never let anybody write your own story.
