I will be honest the beginning of this book had me questioning if I was going to even like it! 

But I kept reading and I fell fast for the main characters (Not Patrick!). I am a big fan of the cheating trope, it’s thrilling and exciting to read about a couple secretly falling in love while they think no one is watching. My only gripe is I wish she would have demonized Patrick a little more but I still loved the story. 

Cam and Cole 😍 I love how their love story felt like a slow burn, but once they started exploring each other holy shit! I felt like I was burning up just to get to the next scene or the next chapter when they could be alone or find a moment when they were on fire for each other. 

I loved this story once I got to the end I almost had a breakdown the ending was so sweet and sentimental with finally laying everything to rest and getting justice for Ben. But the last scene 🎬 omg I felt so sad but still happy the couple got there happily ever after. 

I love this author now I can’t wait to dive into her next book kid and her other novels, I’m so excited to see how she brings her other characters to life!!!!! ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

I devoured this book quickly! I won’t lie, the FMC annoyed me for the first little bit, but she redeemed herself by the end. Hawke, the big bad boy looking teddy bear! I loved that he was such a sweetheart to Cole, patient, and just good. I’m glad he got his happy ending.
