They were the definition of right person wrong time and it HURT

This book was honestly just meh for me. Had to push through multiple times to not DNF it. The writing style wasn't too great in my opinion. A lot of sentences, phrases and even inner monologues kept repeating themselves to the point where I found it a bit annoying.
