2/5 Stars ** I received this as an E-ARC from NetGalley and the publisher in exchange for my honest review, Thank you!** We have Charlie and Matteo who are currently in the process of divorce. In an unexpected accident, Matteo loses his memory from the last few months. Charlie is now put in a place where she has to take care of Matteo knowing of their marital troubles when he has no clue, but also cannot tell him due to doctors orders for his health. The more time they spend together reminds them of the love they have for each other for a second chance romance. I really wanted to like this one, unfortunately, it just fell flat for me. The writing really wasn't my favorite. I felt no connection to the characters or really any connection to anything in this book. I'm not sure if maybe I went in with too high expectations. As I said, I just wasn't feeling this book. I wanted more from it. However, I can see people really enjoying it.
