This book has some interesting themes the only thing I would say is the writing just wasn't for me. The discussion on physical and psychological abuse is important and was handled well in this book which is why it's a 4 star and I got through this really fast. At times it was hard to read as child abuse is discussed in this. I can understand why people like this so much, it's a good little horror novella.
