This volume of poetry by Jody Gladding won the 1992 Yale Series of Younger Poets competition. Gladding received the Vermont Council for the Arts Finalist Award in 1990, the Clarence Urmy Poetry Prize at Stamford in 1983 and the Academy of American Poets prize in 1981.
