MacGregor's Final Battle

Donald MacGregor's wife dies and he learns he is dying of cancer. He sells his property and heads across country in an RV. Along the way, Kate Graham, and elder care nurse, agrees to accompany. They follow the Lewis and Clark Trail to the Pacific and then sail to Alaska. Mac connects with a cousin in Fairbanks before suffering a debilitating stroke. His son in Melbourne FL wins the custody battle. Kate drives Mac across the Yukon and the US. They marry. He dies shortly after reuniting with his children. Kate returns to her home in St. Louis with a new attitude on life.
