I didn't love this book as much as I wanted. I felt like the romance really lacked I didn't really care and I really disliked the main female character.

She felt manipulative, she was a liar and felt sorry for herself when she's tje wrong in the wrong. I felt like we are supposed to like her. But she's disgusting the way she lies and sleeps with gio knowing how important it is and she's lying.

She thinks she's such a wounded victim but she's making herself that way by being such a liar. I felt Gio deserved better. Yes it's sad what she went through but I disliked her character.

I loved the new york setting and the found family.

I really enjoyed hearing about vivas in fact inwas more interested in jer atory than the present ones

This isn't an awful book but it was okay not a favourite. I'll still pick up more books from Josie has I loved one day in December and one night on the island
