Liked this better than the previous installation of the series. Yves was definitely less creepier than Zed, but he had his moments. There's definitely nothing wrong with the way it was written. The only thing that bothers me about this series are the characters. After 2 books of damsels in destress, it gets kind of tiring. This one had me at th edge of my seat and it didn't come across as Twilight-ish at all. Or New Moon-ish for that matter. There was also a funny part. The other book didn't have much humor that I appreciated in it.

O my gosh. This series has my whole heart. This is my second time reading those books and they’re even better than I remember. I read the first two books now and those romances just fill your whole heart and make you jealous at the same time. I wish I had one of the Benedicts as my boyfriend, they’re just the sweetest.
I loved following Phoenix’ story again. She is such an amazing character and I absolutely adore her. Joss Stirling did an amazing job with all the characters in those books, I wish I could write them like that.
Also the plot was just amazing. Even though I had read the book before I got totally swept away again. It’s just that good. I read it in four days and if it wasn’t for school I would’ve read it way faster!
This series definitely deserves more love. It’s absolutely amazing and I hear so little about it!
