I guess I didn't read the description and title well enough the first time and didn't realize that this was the third in a series. I was slightly confused, but there is enough backstory/detail to tell you how the characters fit.


Mira and Tyler knew each other in high school, but something causes a falling out. They are reunited when Mira reappears and ends up staying at the place Tyler's sister lives in. Problem is that the place is small and Tyler is also crashing there. Tyler's sister and her roommate leave so Mira can stay and be under the protection of Tyler. Tyler doesn't want to do this and neither does Mira. 

Things between the two slowly calm down and they are connecting.

Mira deals with problems that aren't really her responsibility but to cover, she lies to her family and friends.



Okay story. Just didn't hold my attention.

I think this was an enjoyable read. We finally get to read about Mira and Tyler. I found it entertaining, at times dragging. I give it 3 stars because it would get slow at times. I think I would have liked more fire in Tyler and Mira, and by this I mean when they would be mad at each other because they were living together. Just a slight banter and that would be it. All in all, it is still enjoyable.
