A thoughtful book considering how you can unsubscribe to mailing lists, ideas, friends, and relationships to make time for what serve you better. Practical, simple, and perhaps a little bit overly optimistic and idealistic at times. I appreciated the message and find some of the suggestions actionable while others less so, but that's just how things go. A fine read but not something I would venture to read again. Worth a quick meander.
