i went into this knowing it was a taboo book, but sweet home alabama was this book something.

It was a fast read but other than that it was not that great of a book.

Development seemed rushed and lacked depth and emotional connection besides grief.

Like he basically resented her for being bipolar and then their parents die and all of sudden she’s his soulmate???

Also hated some of the word choices the author made in this, it made this icky book feel ickier.

Like, you have no freaking idea.

This book was 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜.

By now you guys know I love a good forbidden romance, and K. Webster delivered more than expected once again!

This book has been on my TBR list for like a year, and I finally decided to give it a try and I don't know why I waited to much to read it, because, wow, book lovers, wow.

Webster's writing is out of this word and she's the best at writing taboo romance. I literally read 60% of the book at one sitting. I cried and laughed reading this.

Truly, a beautiful book. Just beautiful.

I don't have words to describe it, so I'll stop here.

Read this book in one sitting! Took me around 2 hours (pretty much inhaled it). I have no idea what I read, but I do know K Webster is a master at writing taboo romances.

mi razonamiento para leer este libro fue “si la gente le hace edits en Instagram la cosa no puede estar nada mal, nO?” jejej pues sí, está bastante mal la cosa. 

Alguien puede ir a chequear si K Webster está bien de la cabecita? ya me empieza a preocupar (igual la que me preocupa soy yo que me leí este libro de una sentada esperando que esos dos no fueran hermanos de verdad y me sorprendieran con algún plot twist)

i wanted to read more k. webster after finishing the wild and the free, and i knew this would be another one outside my normal comfort zone. it was definitely different given that they were living in normal society (not isolated like in the wild) so it’s a little more uncomfortable and pushed boundaries more in my opinion, but i still really enjoyed the plot and the characters!
