Odd book. Maybe a 2.5?

I have pretty mixed feelings overall. I was determined to fly through this book, not because I was loving it, but because I wanted to get it over with so I could move onto something else— yet whenever I was actively reading it I enjoyed it well enough.

The narration wasn’t what I was expecting, and to be frank being inside this main character’s head was unpleasant and probably the main reason I couldn’t get into it. The trope used with the main character also left a bad taste in my mouth. 

Maybe not a bad book? Just not my type of thriller.

The more I think about this book the worse it gets so as of 09/04/2020 I’m bringing my rating down to a 1 star lol.
