Founded on Deception is book three in the Mixtape Series and my first read by Kat Singleton. This one is about Aiden and Monica. This was such a great Enemies to Lovers Romance. It’s also an age gap. I thought I enjoyed it when the man was the oldest in the relationship. Reading this story, one word came to mind, Cougar Town. I love the fact that the woman is older. In this case, it worked out so well. The character & world-building were perfect. If you haven’t read the Mixtape Series, you should try it today!

Right from the beginning I knew I was going to love Aiden and I was absolutely correct. He cannot stand Monica at first and with good reason. 

Monica comes off and cold and heartless when in reality it’s the exact opposite. She would do whatever it takes for those that she cares about. Even if it’s not always the RIGHT thing. 

Monica and Aiden are really put through it, from hate to a casual hookup to catching a feelings and back around again. You never know who’s they are going to feel about each other at any given point. The tension between them is elite 😍

Love Lennon and Aidens friendship, while it wasn’t a HUGE part of this book you can absolutely telling having each other was much needed for them.
