To leave a review for this book I feel like I would need to say something that hasn't already been said and I'm not able to do that.
However, what I can leave here are instructions on the approach for reading it. 
First of all, read the premise.
If you read the premise and you think your stomach will turn while reading this and you wouldn't want that then don't read it. It is as simple as that. 
If you decide to read this book, whether or not you even find yourself in a premise, have in mind the following. This piece of fiction is only there to make you think. It is not there to judge, it is not there to make victims or heroes, it is not there to knowledge your opinions on the subject, and most importantly it is not there to make it right and wrong only people who've been through that can do so if they choose.
