This is the sequel to The Friday Night Knitting Club, and is every bit as good as the first book. It's about a group of friends who met at the Club which was held in the Walker and Daughter knitting store in Manhattan. There are new challenges for all of them - not least Dakota, the 'daughter' - grief, love, motherhood, elderly parents and a missing sibling are just some of the issues. I felt I was being re-introduced to old friends, and the women are all very different characters with very different lives. I've just discovered there's a third book in the series - it's on my 'to read' list.
