Deadly Deception

Pre-WWII mystery set in England. Olivia finds her father with bloody hands kneeling by the body of a colleague who has her father's knife sticking out of his chest...a colleague who supposedly drowned in the channel two years before. Scotland Yard can't find any other suspects, but Olivia discovers the colleague was a spy.
