This book fill a little bit unnecessary and like a filler kind of but I loved it. Was counting down the moments till her and Val were back together. I love Val so much and his character. Which sounds weird but he just wants to be loved.

This was a 3.5 for me because probably 65% of the book the MMC and FMC weren’t in close proximity AT ALL. So in the moments they were seperate I was furiously reading for a crumb of their chemistry and the moment they’d unite again. The circumstances in which they separated would be a HUGE spoiler so I won’t go into it. But this author does something so interesting with a truly evil character and their parallel. It’s wonderful I’m devouring it gtg read the next!

I mean yes okay the twist is interesting and all but we are not here for this... Are we? I skimmed through certain parts, there's one interesting scene that makes it worth it but after the previous book the lack of romance is just devastating

Another quick and easy read. While I liked the changes that Abigail was going through it felt as though nothing much of interest happened throughout the book. While seeing her finally create her own home was definitely the highlight, I just feel the interesting parts of the book were just too far and few between unfortunately.

I'm going to chicken out and give this a 3 star because I really don't know how to rate it. I flew through this book. I loved the major upgrade that Abigail got, and it was interesting to watch Valroy come to terms with his feelings. But for a large part of the book, nothing happened. 
We were introduced to Titania and the Seelie court in this book, and the author is really going to have a hard time convincing me not to dislike Valroy. I loved Titania so much more than him, but considering she's fae I'm wary that she was only so nice to Abigail as a farce. 
I will say though that the ending...was so exhausting. Abigail made the same exact deal that she'd made before with Valroy...knowing that she has no clue how to solve the maze....she seems too smart to make that deal again. It was kind of a letdown. But I really do love her so I'm gonna continue the series.
PS - I really really hope that Puck comes back with a much bigger part in the next book, I love him!
