engaging thriller, beloved characters. guessed the plot halfway through the book though.

If I wouldn't have figured out the murderer half way into the book I would've given it 5 stars... It is always disappointing if a book can't surprise you.

I have always love reading about Bones Temp. She is such a interesting character that you just want to know what is going on inside her mind. She has so much personality that you got to love her. Kathy Reichs definitely did not disappointment in this new novel. We get read about Temp solving a puzzle crimes that she will probably meet her nemeses. Temp has a long struggle solving this crime that she needs a ex-flame, Andrew Ryan, help. Andrew Ryan is going through a rough path from his daughter being dead. However, Temp is determine to pull Andrew out of the despair. You will definitely see their relationship brewing, but who knows if it will last this time. It is a good story that it will keep your attention.

Way to technisch soms... en ik ben een betere speurder dan Bones, had sommige dingen al door en zij niet. En ik miep niet zo veel hihihihi. Maar overall een relijk boek. Toch neem ik afscheid van Kathy Reichs.... ze schrijft niet meer zo als vroeger. Helaas.
