Great ending to the duology.
Not as strong as the first book but still very enjoyable. I would love to see the stories of some of the other characters, given some of the things that were left unfinished or unanswered. So I'm just crossing my fingers for future books.
Really love the relationship between Silas and Quincy. They were so perfect together and balanced each other out.

I don’t usually prefer romantic paranormal books, but this series.. oh my god.. let me start by saying how emotionally invested i was.. LIKE WHAT.. i certainly didn’t expect such a bond with the characters, and not just the main. I mean Duke ? or Lorcan (we luv lorcan). Even Lucy and Della… I mean the ending had me screaming (the beginning of the epilogue.. like, i am NOT ok after that)
OBVIOUSLY THE SMUT SCENES WERE EXCEPTIONAL
though there are some tw (u should probably check them out) 
overall?

IT WAS GREAT and a great improvement in character and plot development from the previous book *bloody kingdom* (when i thought it couldn’t get any spicier) 
the cliffhangers ? wow 
the tension ? amazing 
*hating each other to soulmates* trope? great 
it’s like a twilight x 365 days crossover 
recommend it <3 
(ps this book has me searching for 300 year old french vampires that will call me their sun)
