Blessed be the Wicked Dark Maji Book Two
Reviews

SUCH A GOOD SEQUEL!!!! (DRAEVEN GETS HIS OWN CHAPTERS SO AN AUTOMAKER A+ FROM ME!!!) This book starts exactly where the first book ends so it was super easy to follow along straight into the second book. I really really enjoyed how the author progressed the plot, as well as how the world and characters are unraveling. Again, I really liked the pacing of this book and how it was structured. Now I really REALLY love these characters. I was super excited to see Draeven having chapters from his pov in this book. He is one of my absolute favorite characters, so I really loved getting to know more about his character and history!! I think Quinn is such an incredible lead character. She is so unique and sure of what she wants and who she is, even if it may not be what people believe she should be. I absolutely love her snarky, sarcastic personality, and I am super intrigued to see her personal story and secrets be revealed in the next installment. As for the romance between Quinn and Lazarus, it is definitely a sexual tension filled slow burn. I do like that the romance didn’t completely overrun the plot, but I did really enjoy and look forward to their scenes together. I really love the raw and honest attraction they have in the sense that they are both drawn to eachothers true dark selves and find the honest truth of eachother enchanting while others despise or fear the true and honest parts of them. I’m definitely interested to see if they will finally end up getting together in the next book or not!! Overall, this was definitely a really good read!! I am absolutely loving this world and the characters in it, and am excited to continue reading the series!!
