Still Grip vol. 2
Reviews

OUT OF THIS WORLD!! This is hands down the most relevant romance book that should be read by all. Honestly I have so many emotions from this book I don't even know where to begin this review. This series is now THE BEST I’ve read all year. Kennedy Ryan does such a great job at telling the story of Bristol Gray (Bris), who’s white, and Marlon James (Grip), who’s black, in such a lyrical and mesmerizing way, I’m just in awe at how amazing this story and series is. It seriously brings me to tears how much I love it. There wasn't anything that I didn't love about this book. I don't understand anyone who thinks this book is anything lower than a 4 star read. It’s relevant, easy to read, real, great pasing, beautiful writing and a breathtaking story about two people who truly love one another. Another out of this world read. I have to give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

I’m currently still sobbing after finishing this book.. Bristol and Grip’s story was just everything.. I loved seeing their relationship develop, and their love is what I want.. This will remain one of the best series I’ve ever read and will stay with me forever…

What an emotional end to this fantastic series. I think it's really hard once a couple is together to keep me as invested in their story but not the case here. There was just so many struggles, growth, love, and surviving through really hard times that I felt everything. This book didn't feel like one long extended epilogue but the the necessary piece to leave these characters. Bristol and Grip's story was one crazy ride and delivered so many emotional punches. I can't believe I thought their struggles as an interracial couple and the judgment they faced on both sides would be the hardest part but no there was one big emotional blow I didn't see coming. I actually in one chapter started to tear up over their experience I just can't even imagine how the strongest couples can get through it, but they are survivors and neither was about to let the other slip away. This is an emotional ride but completely worth it!

kennedy ryan why do u constantly like to put me through so much pain

Always, evermore, even after. Still.

4.5 stars i almost didn’t read this bc i wasn’t in love with the first two books, however i’m so glad i did! this book covered a lot of heavy topics but did it so well! it made me stop and think over and over. the characters were dimensional and it made it easy to fly through since the plot is character-driven.
