素食者

The Vegetarian, the 2016 Man Booker International Prize winner, originally published in 2007, is the best known novel written by South Korean writer Han Kang (1970). It has been translated in English and adapted for a movie that was also a critical success. Yeong-hye lives an ordinary life with her husband. But nightmares gradually transform her into a vegetarian and lead to an increasingly grotesque chain of events.
