Short and sweet. Had me smiling and the author tackled some heavy subject with a careful hand. 4 stars for the genre - 3 overall.

Minus my acab status, and I don’t trust the cops I felt like this book shed light on a serious topic in a good way. It didn’t contribute to the stigma that often comes with suicide attempts and depression. I did feel like James could have dealt with it a bit better when he was told about it but I understand trauma presents itself differently.
