Goal #4: Eat popcorn.

Well I wanted to read smut l. I’ve got none of that 💀. Instead I’ve had a slow burn and NO spicy scenes 😂😭  

Well, plot wise I’m still giving it around 3/3.5 because it was intriguing, but it goes a bit all over the place and the solution to problems not so solid. 

The FMC is silly at times but somehow that’s what made her endearing and I clearly kept reading for her lol

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The plot was super intriguing, especially once it started to delve into the whole trials, the devil, and hell. 

I definitely want to learn more about the guys and Keyla, since I’m sure we’ve just scratched the bare surface of who they are and their powers.

I love a fast paced, banter filled, reverse harem series….and this is definitely one of those for me. 

The characters were great, super hot alpha-holes and a sassy heroine (you couldn’t help but love them!). The storyline was unusual, I’ve read a few “horseman of the apocalypse” themed fantasies, and this was a really different take on it. 

Overall, I really enjoyed this series, devoured it like it was one book! Definitely worth a read if you live a fantasy RH series.

It’s no surprise that when CM Owens comes out with a book even in another pen name, I’m going to read it. For me unfortunately, this wasn’t one of my favorites. I like when my guys are assholes, but they just never gave it up and was nice to Keyla. And her character kinda drove me crazy because she let them use her so much. I am still looking forward to the next book because this one left off like it did, but I am seriously hoping Keyla’s character grows to a stronger character.
