I decided to read this one because Goodreads kept suggesting it to me, no matter what book I was reading. I'm not really sure why. The art style is very soft, but the story seems pretty cliche and it's not really my thing.

I think this came out before Fushigi Yuugi, which is what I think of as the quintessential "girl whisked away to a magical land" story. It's not quite as interesting as Fushigi Yuugi and overall ends up being very predictable and vanilla.

Interesting fantasy manga that wasn't super sappy or overly graphic. The main male and female characters are interesting and it's also interesting to see the issue of them dealing with a language difference. All in all, a good intro to a new series!
