i thought this book was so darling and sweet! lately, lauren’s books hadn’t been hitting it for me. i wasn’t as interested in the other two books in the series, but i wasn’t sucked into lily and lorenzo’s story right away.

it flowed well, was easy to follow, and their love story felt pretty seamless. i’m glad this was the story that ended the lakefront billionaires series!

Thank you to Valentine PR and Lauren Asher for the ARC copy of Love Arranged. I have really liked this series, but this is my five-star read for the trilogy. I had such a good time reading this one, and I liked this couple more than I did the first two. Now, this is all just my opinion, and everyone is going to like a different couple from this series, and that is okay.

I am so sad to see the LakeFront Billionaire series come to an end, but I think it ended with a bang. You have gotten to know Lily and Lorenzo over the course of the first two books, but what we didn't know was that they were more connected than we originally thought. They collided on this anonymous dating app, which, as a concept, is interesting also sounds terrifying, too, but that is just the opinion of someone on too many dating apps and has seen some scary things. I don't know if I could confidently be on this one, to be honest. But for Lily and Lorenzo, it worked out, maybe too much because I think it terrified one of the characters too much, but you'll have to read the book to find out more. 

I think the small town in this book was so fun, and honestly, this time was an actual character in this story. I played a very big part in the book, and I think it was so much fun to see it all happen. But then you add a fake dating relationship with the town princess, after a disastrous first meeting, you know it will be chaotic. But they are doing this because they both need the mayoral election to go their way. But that is because of my earlier point of this town being an actual character in this book. 

I loved this book so much, and I think the characters and their relationship were so good, then seeing it being mixed with her family, who are very involved with each other's lives, was entertaining, but also so real too. Then Lorenzo's past was also so nice to see expanded in this book, and you understand why he was the way he was in the first two books. What would have made this book even better would have Julian and Lorenzo to actually discuss his past and especially his parents' house, and why Julian's actions were a bit selfish too. That would have just improved the book even more for me. 

Other than that, I think it was so good, was so entertaining, and is for sure in my top 5 for Lauren Asher books. So again, while I'm sad it's over, I can't wait to see what Lauren releases next. Selfishly, there is a second-gen series I would love to see, and the Santi shoutout in this book didn't help. But no matter what it is, it will be amazing, and I will be one of the first in line for it!

This book was good. But I’ve been so out of touch with books plus I think I’ve grown out of the obsession that people deem as a side effect love. I get the feeling you want to be around your partner all the time, but stalking is a big Nono for me. To act like it’s cute just makes this book toxic. I must’ve really grown up because 2 years ago me would probably have rated this book 5 stars.
