First of all, I finished it pretty fast even though I wasn't in the mood to read, but it was such an easy read for me. The characters were likeable and I related to many things in this book. And DECLAN...!! I loved the things he's done for Iris ❤️ 

He is a book-boyfriend material;), but he got on my nerves at the end.I felt like the end was rushed a little. I feel like Declan could've grovelled more, and for Iris to take more time to forgive him. However,  I liked the book, the characters, and the banter. It was just lacking smth, I don't know what exactly, that's why I didn't give it 5 stars. But it was really a good read and I loved it ❤️ !! + so excited for The Final Offer the last book in the series. I can't wait to see Cal's pov and his love story 💗!

This was a quick and funny read.

I really enjoyed reading this book. Especially because of Lauren’s writing style and the plot. If it weren’t for my exams, I would have finished this book in one sitting. 

However, I would have loved to see more vulnerability and communication. A lot of things were either too cliché or just too fast-paced and I would have loved to see more depth in the MC’s.

That aside, Declan has raised my standards on so many levels lol.

The series just keeps getting better!!! It had everything I love in a book. This was such a beautiful book, it had me crying by the end😭 the Epilogue was so adorable I had happy tears by the end!!! Going to pick up Final Offer!!!!

If I could jump inside a book and be the 3rd in a relationship, it would be this book and this relationship.

I was somewhat enjoying this until the end of the book. Declan’s overall attitude the entire time irked me so badly but I persevered. In vain. Declan belittling Iris, causing her so much sadness then having the audacity not to go after her just pissed me off so badly. He made her feel like a failure. Then just left her! UGH MEN! Cal was the only right choice in the end. At least he knew how to treat her right. GOD! That whole part ruined the whole book for me!!! Also I hate the fact that it took some random man to convince Declan to go get his wife back. HIS WIFE!! I don’t care that he labels it as a small fight. What he did would have warranted a divorce. AND HIM NOT RESPECTING HER BOUNDARIES WHEN SHE SAID SHE DIDNT WANT TO TALK TO HIM!!! Im starting a Declan hate group!!☝️☝️ I feel like he loves her more as his assistant than his wife…

was the using foreign words to express his feelings cringe? YES! but regardless, they were everything THE BOOK IS LITERALLY GREEN BC ITS HER FAV COLOUR HE KEPT THE PLANT FOR 2 YEARS HE FORCED EVERYONE TO USE A DIFFERENT FONT 😫😫😫😫

I was hesitant to start this book because I didn't really enjoy the first one but I'm very glad I did. I loved Iris's character and her story of being dyslexic and overcoming it, I've never read a character with that before. I also loved seeing Declan grow throughout the book and how great of a husband he was to Iris. Really loved this and can't wait to start the next one.

I had a tough time to get comfortable with the story. It took me more than halfway through the book till I started to like it. But it wasn’t that captivating as the first one. Although Declan and Iris ended up being a cute couple, I found it a little hard to relate to either of them. I liked Iris a lot, mainly because of her fighting spirit - just inspiring. I had hoped for a little more effort from Declan, he could’ve fought a little harder for Iris at the end. I had hoped that the ending would be a little bit slower than it actually was.

i knew i was going to love them since i knew them in the fine print, and lauren asher DID NOT fail me with this one. she knows how to write grumpy x sunshine tropes with just the right character development and i wanna cry, scream, test if my toaster’s waterproof, or just get hit by a bus with the realization that i’m never going to experience being proposed to in the rain by a man wearing a tom ford suit 😭 not to mention the multiple orgasms, motherfucking, knee-shaking smut that i liked too much i will never see the pearly gates of heaven for reading during the holy week 💥no apologies will be made on my part. every page was so freakishly addicting 🦋✨ i think i’m high as i’m writing this but this book couldn’t get more perfect not only because of the professional respect declan and iris have for each other before they ever got together, but with its dyslexia rep, wholesome platonic relationships, and the ✨ GROVELING✨i wish he did it more but fuck that, because declan’s character development and effort was enough to bring me to my knees. 🧎🏻‍♀️🧎🏻‍♀️🧎🏻‍♀️

I'M NOT EVEN HALFWAY THROUGH THE FINE PRINT OMFG I'M SO EXCITED ABOUT DECLAN AND IRIS I SOMEHOW CALLED IT WHEN ROWAN IMPLIED HOW GOOD AND PERFECT THEY WORKED TOGETHER 

I think this is going to be a fake marriage, forced proximity trope because according to Declan's terms in the contract Brady left them, he needs to marry and have a child... and I think Iris is the perfect choice for this. 

1. I think they will be endgame because both Cal and Rowan like Iris and her abilities as Declan's trusted secretary. 
2. Declan doesn't seem to be a person who easily lets go and he'll fall in love in the midst of it all. 
3. The forced proximity thing would be cute because Iris would be all professional and Declan prefers to be domestic with her.

It is a fake-dating romance. I love this trope, but Terms and Conditions add a new layer to it: broody-sunshine characters. Honestly, I am a bit tired of this trope, as I believe is being overused by everyone! 
Also, can someone finally start writing about men who actually want to be in relationship, and not this alfa-male or, as in this book, tortured soul boys? C'mon, there is more to books that just "daddy issues" or "I lost the love of my life before, now I can't trust no one".

This is the most unhinged book I have ever read. It starts out like a hallmark movie, cheesy and harmless in its implausibility. Then you find out the protagonist is 24 and has been working for her sociopathic billionaire boss since she was 21. Which isn’t crazy until you find out he’s 36 and the power dynamic can only be described as toxic at best - at BEST. It’s Sandra Bullock’s “The Proposal” meets “50 Shades of Grey” but without the charm or Jamie Dornan.

I didn’t hate the book. It was just too long for me. I didn’t appreciate how Declan was at first and didn’t appreciate what he did to Iris. But I admit I enjoyed reading about their relationship and the important subjects the book brought up.
Not my fav book but it is a nice one. (:
