Listening to this book felt a bit like watching a film after you have read the book: I liked the story but everything went too fast and too easy. Sometimes I felt really uncomfortable listening to the story, because things went just too smoothly. Also, I don't know what to think about the whole "mate" thing... But I am curious enough to read the sequel. Audiobook: it was okay, not great but not really disturbing either.

So I re-read this and still really enjoyed it but definitely found some flaws the second time around. It was just some little things like world building and the pace of things, also a few errors but besides that its still fun to read. I'm going to keep my rating at 4 stars even though second time around it was more of a 3.5 star read because I usually go off my first experience because those are my raw feelings. I overall still love the series and the author!
