Sixteen-year-old Merrin Grey is a One. She'd love to be able to fly but can only hover, and in a world where having two powers makes you a Super and having none makes you normal, having only one makes you a freak. After landing a sought-after internship at the Biotech Hub, she gets closer to what she's always wanted but also discovers the Hub's purpose may be more sinister than it's always seemed.
