an absolute classic to distract me from all the memoirs and biographies i’m reading atm. 

I listened to Scarlett Johansson perform it and wow it was so incredibly fun.

a quick read. it very clear why this is a classic. fun fact nothing scared me more than the Cheshire Cat and the walrus and clam story, when i was a kid, like Alice in wonderland scared the hell out of me. i liked this book, it was whimsical, fun and not as creepy as the Disney movie 😂.
I enjoyed this, it was fun not a fave but fun.

To be honest, I don't know how I'm going to review this. It was a weird read

The book itself was even more weird and nonsensical. If you think the movie's weird, you should try reading the book. It gets even weirder and the story doesn't make any sense. The movie felt normal now that I've read the actual book. And because of that, I honestly don't know whether to love it because of its weirdness or rate it low because of alice's annoying character (tho I liked it in the movie) and the story just doesn't make any sense at all. However, I do appreciate its whimsicality since life can be so dull and serious at times. 

Nevertheless, it was still a fun read.
